A trial period of up to two weeks is provided as part of each engagement between you and your UI designer. Thus, you have the opportunity to confirm that the engagement will be successful. We will charge you for the time spent on the engagement if you are completely satisfied with the results. If you are not completely satisfied, you will not be charged. Following this, either we can part ways or we can provide you with another expert who may be a better match, with whom we will begin a second, no-risk trial.
